FAQ
How long will it take to get my order?
We offer royal mail shipping tracked service that takes about 2-3 days to UK and 6-7 days to US on average.
We first import the items for you and fill the customs procedures therefore UK/USA orders usually take a little longer for us to fulfil.
You will receive the tracking as soon as the imported order is cleared and forwarded to Royal Mail.
Therefore total process can take 2-3 weeks
What if the item doesn't fit?
We offer exchanges refunds and store credits within 14 days. Please read our exchange policy here.
How do I know what size to get?
